Great customer focus. The room itself was huge and a bit impersonal but nothing to complain about. I have to rate this hotel with 5 stars mainly for the super friendly and helpful staff. Most notably Milan at front desk who helped locate a suitcase that did not arrive at Vienna airport. He went over and above the call of duty when we were feeling frazzled. We enjoyed the breakfast with some great conversation with Hans with whom we practiced our German. It was my wife’s birthday and Hans arranged a candle lit cupcake surprise. The kitchen lady was also lovely There were several super helpful young ladies at the front desk whose names I did not note.

Family Room was huge and comfortable for our party of 2, location was fantastic-- close to everything by walking or subway. Christmas markets close and fantastic! Property clean, smell free and comfortable! Highly recommend. Staff friendly, very helpful and kind.

Prisvärt nära museumsquartier. Sängen fanns det mer att önska av, men annars helt suveränt!
