What an amazing stay at this property. I travelled with my husband, daughter and mom from the US and stay a total of 6 nights and this place was everything we hoped for and more. First off, the hotel has a great location close to restaurants shops and cafes within walking distance and a block away from. St Katherine street. Our favorite feature was the complementary coffee and espresso machine we had in our room since we are all coffee lovers, they gave us all the complimentary coffee and water we asked for without complaint. Another thing we enjoyed was the service, every staff member we had an encounter with was so nice and polite, five star service !!!! The beds were super comfortable and they gave us robes and slippers as well. But most importantly, the entire property (including our room) was spotless. Even when it was hard to keep the lobby clean because of the constant in and out of people on snowy days, there was a staff member constantly sweeping and cleaning. The two restaurants on property were great, we had appetizers and drink at Benjamin and again, the service from staff amazing!!!! Can not stress enough how much we loved this hotel. We will definitely return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were renovating the 2nd floor but it was quiet during our stay. Checkin was fairly quick .

Wonderful staff and great service

Room was good , pool could have been warmer and we got told we wouldn’t hear the construction happening when we checked in but that was not the case….. Monday morning woke up to a hammer drill drilling into the concrete around our room at 930am and Tuesday they started around 8am doing construction so we didn’t get to sleep in like planned . Tried taking the stairs however the stairwell had locked doors and doors that would not open on some floors . Had do not disturb sign on door but had housekeeping walk in while we where laying in bed and again after we left they came in n cleaned room . Other then that it’s a nice hotel and would have been excellent if we didn’t have these issues
