Check out time is 10am but we were allowed to check out at 12 noon. I appreciate the extra two hours given to us as we are flying out at night. Hotel's location is perfect as it is near train stations. There's a grocery right outside hotel. They clean and change towels regularly. The room is big. Comes with basic amenities plus iron and ironing board.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after the Easter. Front desk accommodated us for a corner room AND an early check-in! Very accessible to the closest 30/35 tram station. When we visit Melbourne next time, we’d love to return there.

Room quite big for a city hotel. Location is good - a few minutes walk from airport bus. Breakfast was ok - no cheese/cold cuts, but scrambled eggs were super Our room had a small window with milky glass, so no view at all. We were woken by some loud noise (5:45 am) near our room (in the refuse room?). Told the receptionist but he said he didn't know what happened. That's it.
