Great location , nice hotel

Agoda asked me to leave a review, and after the unpleasant experience we just had regarding towels and glasses, I feel I should give an honest and strict evaluation. We stayed for five consecutive nights. Although housekeeping entered the room every day, the used towels were left in the room and the cups we used the previous day were not replaced. There are three of us staying in the room, but for two consecutive days only two sets of towels were provided. When I called the front desk to request additional towels, I was told that I had to come down to the front desk to collect them myself. When I asked about the glasses and cups, I was told they would only be replaced after we check out. Leaving used glasses unchanged during a five-day stay is simply unacceptable. After I complained, new ones were finally brought to the room. There is also no adaptor available for loan, and the room facilities are very basic. There is not even a bedside reading light. Overall, the hotel feels more like a simple accommodation facility rather than a proper hotel. The only advantage is the location. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot confidently recommend this hotel to other travelers. I also sent three messages to confirm my reservation before arrival, but never received any response from the hotel.

So easy to get about and close to all

The location is central. It is within walking distance to CBD. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was clean, staff were nice, location is perfect. You can leave your bags. They allowed us to check in early. Would come back :)
