Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Grote kamer en regendouche, ook groot. Zeer netjes. Elke dag flesje water en schone handdoeken. Shampoo en douchegel aanwezig. Top hotel. Goede ligging om alles te bezoeken. Dichtbij meerdere metrostations. Top locatie.

Excellent location with plenty of greenery around. The hotel is easily accessible via multiple MRT lines and bus routes. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived a bit before check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to receive my room early — a great relief after a long trip. The complimentary breakfast throughout my stay was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite slow.

This was our second stay at Sonnien as we were satisfied with our stay of 9 nights in 2024. The first room assigned to us was extremely small and it was labelled as a Superior Queen room. The Expedia site did not indicate it was a much smaller room compared to the Standard Double which we booked in 2024. After two nights putting up with the small room we finally asked to be switched to the same room type in 2024 as we still had 6 additional nights. Room admin person was very kind and nice and helped us with that.

家族で滞在しました。スタッフの接客は悪くなかったです。部屋は広く清潔で無料のミニバーなどあり良かったですが、壁は薄めなので隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえてました。隣が警察署なので治安は良さそうです。
