Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2. No restaurant,no bar, filthy. If you want a coffee, you go to front desk, they take you to a room, that has day old food on plates and tables, and gave me a cup of day old cold coffee??? Apparently you can get food, they make it somewhere, bring to a small room and then don't clean up. Looks like a cult compound! Also appears that locals live on the property in several of the unita. Do not stay here! I traveled Philippines for 6 weeks. This was our last stop and this was the only place that I felt unsafe.
I wanted a quiet peaceful time in the Philippines, it was all of that and more, the staff are the best you could ever hope for, it’s an older well maintained resort I couldn’t be more pleased
For a peaceful and slight travel back to retro days, I'd recommend to stay here at Alta Cebu. It's off the main city area of Lapu-lapu and Cebu city, and is very tranquil. Good service and kind staff, as always never disappointed by Filipino hospitality!
Our stay was fabulous, Ragnar who works there is so helpful and kind, drove us places, took us Island hoping on his famlies boat, i got so sun burnt lol drank lots of beer and they also provided lunch, the snorkeling was amazing!
The hotel has 2 pools, a kitchen and theres a small bar just insude the gate with beer and kareoke, MJ is the wonderful owner, very friendly and kind and she has beautiful cats!...thank you again Ragnar for all you did for us, and to the good and happy staff, hope to see you again.

Very easy and fast check in. It's a well manicured garden resorts that gives a very homy, relaxing feel to my stay. Warm staff and very much accommodating. Impeccably clean room and very comfy mattresses.
