My two day stay was the worst place I’ve ever been to in my 38 yrs of life and 9 yrs of being an international and domestic flight attendant.. I booked the room for 56 dollars and thought its last minute why not then I get an email before I get there for another discount on another night 46 dollars I’m like wow that’s a steal thinking it’s because I have a membership with my booking I go ahead and book another night.. we get to the hotel and she has trouble finding my booking I had to call for them to speak to her to give directions on how to find my booking with my reservation number.. I then get assigned room ***151.. we get inside this room and once it’s opened the door doesn’t close it just opens back no matter if you push it but if you use the lock on the inside it will shut but once you leave the door doesn’t close.. that’s all kinds of unsafe but I will follow back with the door thing because you walk in and I understand it’s a smoking room it’s cheap but cigarette burns on the comforters melted wax candles candy whatever it was melted on the heater the bathroom doors are split like it’s peeling itself from the structure you can’t even close the door the door was peeling like a banana I call I said no maam I don’t want this room and especially because the door doesn’t close how come it was well I have to do is lock the door and at the handle you gotta pull up and jiggle it and then you could open it so not to be argumentative about the fact that she said at least I could lock it from the inside my follow up question was or what about when I leave and if you’ve shown me how to open this door, how many other people know how so what I leave knowing that I’m planning on coming back for whatever reason, my door is still unsafe and unlocked in my things in it not only that I am disabled, so if my fiancé leaves to go to work, which he had to do and leave me in the room, how is that really safe for my being as well we had to argue to get another room she even went down to the room to say that this was OK. We then finally do get another room because I wanted to cancel both of my bookings but unfortunately because I did it with a card they said it would take 7 to 10 business days to return and I had money tied up so since this money was already spent, I went ahead and tried to be OK with it. We then get room ***. I did ask for downstairs, but I was open to anything my fiancé helped me up and down the stairs because I definitely did not want the other room. We get room ***still cigarette burners inside the comforters. I understand it’s a smoking room, but don’t you charge a deposit so shouldn’t those things be covered for at least the next person the bathroom doors were the same thing except for it was peeling more on one side than the other. The panels are basically coming off the doors. I don’t like having the door open while I shower and let all the steam out. I have a medical condition with being cold hurts I had to shower with the door open because it didn’t close and I had already made such a big deal about getting another room that I didn’t even feel up to it to say anything else about that Room cheap affordable and not so populated areas does not mean that the things in the hotels have to be as beat down as they are there should be no reason why you would rather sleep in your car go to a truckstop hike up a tent then to stay at a place whose pictures on their website show nothing of what it really is and the fact that the staff has no care and the treatment is definitely less than even the special price roadway Inn needs to be just that a roadway because truckers drivers travelers people would last minute emergencies should not have to bear with less than the bare minimum just because it’s cheap. There are so many never again I wish I still had my phone for pictures I almost wanted to book another room just to take some pictures the city needs to get down there

It is comfortable, clean, and roomy! It has refrigerator, microwave, and small one cup coffee maker. They even provide several coffee pods, cups, creamer and sugar. On the 2nd floor they even have an ice machine with unlimited ice! The TV isn't exactly big, but it has cable. The beds are big, comfortable, and have 3-4 pillows. So I definitely recommend to stay at this motel.

I lights and they didnt want to refund our stay and its no 24 hr laundry smdh and they dont claim responsibility for nothing clothes with the washer and dryer and if any go wrong with lights water etc they claim it
