Estuvo todo muy bien. Check in y check out rapido, excelente atención del personal, buen desayuno, ambiente la pasamos super. Solo las habitación aún con aire acondicionado las sentimos un poco frías

A Queen Size bed in this hotel means your bed is 130x178cm. Which simply isnt queen size (those should be at minimum 140x180, even in a ho(s)tel). A huge amount of objects in the room were broken (chair, bedside table, lamp, fan). When adressing this with a staff member, we got laughed at and ended up calling hotels.com, who gave us good assistance and help. Eventually management switched us to a better room. Honestly this was notnworth the almost 800 euros it costz including breakfast. Which is also a waste of money. Do not get the breakfast here. Just go to a boulangerie, or the shop downstairs.

Meu nome estava errado no cadastro então foi difícil fazer chekin , quase fiquei sem estadia , graças a Deus a atendente deve toda paciência em solucionar o problema, e deu tudo certo no final , quartos limpos , banheiros e corredores! Só senti falta de um lounge e uma cozinha compartilhada
