The accommodation offers excellent cleanliness and friendly staff, making for a comfortable stay with a well-maintained bathroom and restful sleep quality. Facilities are good overall, though transport options could be better and the view is somewhat lacking. Location is convenient enough, providing solid value for money.

I booked on this hotel via Agoda on behalf of my cousin for a 4-night stay with free breakfast. Upon arrival at the hotel, the pictures if far from actual. Its like a ghost hotel. And the 4-night stay, the hotel said its just an error and it was only for a 1-night stay. They even charged my cousin a NON REFUNDABLE 400baht service fee. And my cousin only get a free coffee instead of free breakfast. They even charged her for a bottle of water and hot water for cup noodles. Worst Hotel ever! Not recommended!

i stayed for 1 day and i specifically asked for a double bed, evene before i checked in at reception they saits its a double bed and they didnt and the balcony door wasnt working and havent provided with inetenet until ihad ot go abck and request for one.no complimentary coffee nor kettle and please dont use any items like beer or coffee peants none of them are free and they just charge you once yoou check out and the morning staff are quite demanding and useless..it was quiet upsetting and very very disappointed and never suggest anyone to this hotel.

Most importantly, the listing is wrong on Agoda. Agoda really disappointed me on this booking. The listing stated that there was a "one-way airport transfer" with the booking. That was incorrect. The hotel will charge you to call a driver and that driver will also charge you. There is no free airport transfer with the booking. Check-in was fine, the do require a 200 baht key deposit. The room was okay, not nice, but I have been in worse hotels. It was not quiet because the train is very close to the hotel, so you hear the train all night. Also, there is a motorcycle shop near the hotel that was loud during the evening. Also, as many other reviews stated, there isn't much else around there, you are away from many restaurants or entertainment. As I said in the title, it is an à la carte hotel, so in-room internet is an additional cost, breakfast is an additional cost, the snacks in the room is an additional cost, airport shuttle is an extra cost. But, they just assume you are okay with these and they just start charging you for things without them telling you. Maybe some people don't mind a few baht here and there additional charges and don't question it, but I am not that person. Make sure and question the hotel on what they are charging you for.
