Nice hotel bit far to walk from metro line. Quiet with few restaurants around. Bit high on price but acceptable. Recommended

Hotel located beside the National library,airport bus A11 stop at the opposite side,need to take the walk bridge, there is an elevator provided.leaving for airport,there is also a bus stop conveniently located infront of the library,take bus E11! Hotel is sandwich between 2 mtr station(tin hau & causeway bay) need to walk around 5 minute each way!also a tram station 2 minute walk!no restaurant around the hotel, just a 7eleven at the corner of the street. Room size are descent,bed & pilllow is good, window sound prove is good,as it is beside a flyover!there is a smell coming from the toilet, & always have falling long air on the toilet floor & room carpet,suggest housekeeping should wear hair net during cleaning, amenities such as tooth brush,shaver not provided, can purchase with the front desk,o/w the room is good!

This hotel was the last night of our stay in HK and we wanted to stay near Causeway / Central. The reviews and 4 star quality convinced us that it was a great deal but the room was very small, the staff weren't super friendly, and the facilities left us desiring.

Location was between Tin Hau and Causeway Bay. Right across the Library and Victoria Park. Rooms are small but I got a fairly decent view. Not much available services as it was more of a no frills option Bit on the pricier side when I went as it was CNY period. But overall it had a lot of little shops around it and if you like exploring Tai Hang nearby is a good place to explore

The staff mixed up our bookings and told us to check out a day earlier than our booking ends. Although this was resolved, but it caused anxiety. Separately, we asked for late checkout and again staff called and ask us to check out early before our check out time
