If you love Elvis, this hotel is the spot for you. Elvis memorabilia everywhere in the lobby. We stayed in the East wing (more updated). We had a double room with 2 queen beds. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were to 'mushy'. Shower was good, but minimal hot water in the bathroom sink. You would think they are all connected, but hot water was scarce in the sink. Bathroom door had a hard time staying latched. Had to pull the door up to latch it. Parking fee is $10/day prepay. Would I stay there again? Yes, specifically for access to play golf at the Las vegas Country Club for a deal at $75 per player. Will try to stay in their themed upper penthouse suites next time.

The room was satisfactory, and the staff was polite. However, the primary reason I will avoid booking again is the aggressive sales tactics employed by the staff. If you are staying in the North Tower, you are bombarded with inquiries about the “free welcome gift” from the moment you check in until you reach your room. There is no escape from this persistent approach. While I understand that such practices are common in Las Vegas hotels and casinos, the sheer number of individuals—over seven—asking the same question daily is excessive. Although I recognize their efforts to earn commissions, this level of intrusion is unacceptable. Consequently, I will not be staying at any Westgate-associated hotel in the future.

Hotel qui dispose d'un très bonne literie et d'une belle vue suivant dans quelle aile et quel étage on se trouve. Les services de chambres sont journaliers. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel disponible et à l'écoute.
