Schone, royale studio met balkon. Uitzicht op gebouw maar dat vonden wij niet erg.Elke dag schoonmaak en prima bedden.

Great staff. Any issues were solved immediately. Many dining options nearby.

Apartment had every thing you needed, kitchen was adequately stocked although we only used the coffee machine. The bathroom neefs upgraded, the shower cubicle was awful tiles marked, bad fixings. This was a "superior apartment" not sure about the word "superior" it was a very standart apartment. Like most people say it is fantastic location, five minute walk from the metro, lots of restaurants, bars on your door step. The floors are horrendous the squeeky floor boards are awful you can't sleep for thr people above. We love a balcony on holiday so the main reason we booked this apartment was for the large balcony but we could not use it. The balcony is shadowed by lots of orher buildings, very old horrible buildings that are immediately in front of you. You can't open the blinds unless you are fully dressed. There are two cats that live on the balcony (I am allergic to cats) so we couldn't even open the balcony door slightly to let some air in because they were trying to come in The fact we couldn't use the balcony put a real damper on our holiday, it was 30 degrees and would have been nice to go relax on the balcony instead of walking around the whole day.

Floors were VERY creaky. Shower door doesn’t close properly causing water to leak out onto the floor. Hairdryer end is melted which stops the diffuser from being attached. Towel rack is coming out of the wall. Alex was not very concerned when I politely mentioned these things that could be fixed for future guests. The photos of the apartment are very outdated. We thought that we had chosen a newly renovated property but, that was not the case. The area was great! Nice quiet neighbourhood that felt very safe. Very walkable to many things. Self checkin and checkout was convenient and easy.

Great location and within walking distance of all major attractions as well as trains & buses. Facilities really good and the apartment has everything you need for an easy stay, check in very straightforward. Only criticism we have is that noise does carry from the other apartments but would still use again, a must is the Italian right next door!
