Breakfast was not tasty fairly cold and expensive

SHERATON on CANAL ST. I stayed on the 42nd floor with Club access. The room itself was just okay—every time we walked in, there was a noticeable musty odor. The view was nice with floor‑to‑ceiling windows and shutters, but the room lighting wasn’t great. There were lamps, but no overhead light, so it always felt a bit dark. Check‑in was fine, though there was only one person handling both check‑ins and check‑outs, which made the process slow. After checking in, I realized they hadn’t applied the $130 tour credit promotion, and I ended up spending 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia to get it sorted out. The Club lounge was convenient but underwhelming. The hot food was cold, there were no cocktails, and the drink options were limited to juice, milk, and soda. The coffee machines were out of order for the entire week. Overall, the best part of the hotel was the location—close to everything.

Good area but rooms needed to be cleaned better. One of the rooms shower would not drain and the air unit was not working good. Valet my car had bird crap on it but they did wave my valet fee. My room was fine so might had just been the room. Overall was great area thou.
