We saw the hotel room staff in the hallway when we left the room about 11 am, and told them we would be gone a while and that the room was ready to be serviced. When we returned about 7 pm, nothing had been done in our room - the used towels were not picked up, fresh towels were not put in the room, and no replacements were provided for the coffee we had used. We called the front desk, and picked up the items ourselves. Since when does the staff not service the room when asked?

Honestly, this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10 recommend. I loved that they had games both inside and outside, they provided crayons and paper for my son to color, free cookies and apple cider, room was clean and employees were super friendly and helpful!! I would 100% come back if we’re ever in Carson City.

This place is gross. They definitely spent time to upgrade the lobby so it looks modern and like a courtyard but the rooms are nasty. Everything is old and worn down. For $300/nite - they can do better. I stayed here once before a couple years ago when there was a fire in Auburn. And the ventilation is so bad that the entire hotel was smoky. The choices in Carson City are very limited. But this courtyard is incredibly overpriced for what you get. My 10-year-old wouldn’t even take a shower because he was grossed out by the looks of the shower stall. We had brought our own blankets with us, which I’m so grateful for because there was no way in hell I was getting between those covers.
