The staff are very nice and friendly. Within Ximending area.

The room is clean and the staff is very accomodating. Its near in Ximending and train station going to airport.

가족이 이용하기 괜찮았어요 그런데 거실화나 화장실 실발이 없어서 별도로 구매해서 신어서 불편했어요 난방이 안되서 저녁에는 매우 추웠어요~~ 침실 바닥이 차가워서 필히 개인 슬리퍼가 여러개 있어야 해서 매우 불편함을 느꼈습니다.

Dear Agoda/Xiemen Relite, ​I am writing to share feedback about my recent stay. I want to start by commending your cleaning lady assigned in our floor, who was very hardworking, kind and friendly throughout our visit. Additionally, the room itself was well-maintained. ​However, I was disappointed by the service at the front desk. Interestingly, the same lady was very nice while I was paying upfront, but her attitude changed completely afterward. She became rude and suddenly raised her voice saying only "not ready" and warned or talked to her co-staff when I simply asked if our room was ready and being friendly. ​Despite traveling with a senior citizen, we were left waiting until 3:00 PM without any updates. I had to reach out myself just to get assisted. This made us feel unwelcome and was quite embarrassing start of our stay. Additionally, the lack of a bidet in the room was a major downside for me regarding hygiene and environmental sustainability. ​I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future guests. And yes, I would still recommend the place—it is very convenient being near the Ximending walking district, the Sanrio-themed 7-Eleven, and the bus stops if you want to go to Shifen and Jiufen, etc. Thank you

If you’re on a budget, this place is a good option. It offers free breakfast, daily housekeeping, complimentary water in the lobby, and a 24-hour reception. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk to Ximending and is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, it’s still great value for money.
