Amari. Great pool, room, breakfast buffet, grounds. But the operation could use a little improvement. I must have lost my WiFi 4 dozen times in 5 days. Sometimes it took a reboot to reestablish WiFi connection, but that didn’t always work. Had to use the WiFi at cafe across street to order a taxi after checking out. WiFi seems to stop working 2 hours before check out time. Also, refrigerator wasn’t on, and both the tv remote control and safe batteries died during my stay. Everything was promptly repaired but there was a lot of trouble shooting to do for a 5 star hotel.

This place was absolute beautiful... clean rooms.... awesome pool..... great location .... rating 2 stars because I am going to be totally honest. First when we arrived there were several parties that was able to get a room before us 2 in which were members of our party and they did not have reservations. Also someone that was in our party mentioned how the check-in staff was not very friendly or welcoming and unfortunately we agreed. Along with this we were extremely upset that we had to throw out medicine because the cooler was not working and we asked at least 6 times to get it fixed. (this medicine costs us $100 American dollars) We even had to throw out left over food from when we went out to eat. Another disappointment was when we needed more water for our coffee in the morning and the employee at the front desk said we had to wait until housekeeping was in.... eventually he did get us some but that was after we asked for him to get us coffee from the breakfast area. During our entire visit we had issues with the Wifi not staying connected. The best part of our experience was the pool and the 2 gentleman wearing the brown clothes when you first pull into the parking lot. When we brought this to the assistant mangers attention we were also disappointed with the outcome because he did not offer anything to compensate us for the issue until we said something and even when he did it was just free breakfast. When we checked out the fridge in the room still did not work.

Great hotel, will definitely stay again
