Fue bueno en general

Rude staff, no towels, no blankets, dirty room

Buena habitación, con sinceridad no recomiendo incluir desayuno, no hay agua caliente solo tibia, el personal llega a ser grosero, sobre todo las muchachas de recepción. Pero en general buena experiencia.

The room was basic, cleaned daily, staff really helpful. Nights were loud as we were staying on left side of building so we’d hear the bars pumping out music until 5am. Earplugs sorted that. AC in room was nice. Don’t expect luxury, you’re really just sleeping here and spending the rest of the day doing excursions and hanging out on beach. Hotel is 5 min walk from beach and 5th avenue. The only downside is that I had the hotel pre book transportation for me to get back to airport on departure day, we did this two days in advance. I put down a deposit with the hotel. The transportation never arrived and we almost missed our flight. We had to scramble to make last minute alternatives at 6:30 in the morning. Hotel only reimbursed us 70% of our deposit paid for the non existent transportation. I’m sure this wasn’t intentional and most likely the language barrier didn’t help. I’d still stay here again on future trips.

No nos dejaban completas las toallas para bañarse, solo dejaban un papel de baño, no limpiaban bien el baño, casi todos los días tuve que ir a recepción por toallas y papel de baño porque no había servicio a la habitación, no tienen un horario de la gente en alberca y inhibo días que hasta muy de madrugada estuvieron
