We loved it there.The room was nice and clean.Very close to all amenities.1/2 block from the Malecon and Ocean.

It’s like staying in a friends home but with all the privacy you want. The room was a good size, clean and with a comfortable bed. Seperate shower and toilet. We loved the place so much that we extended our stay for another ten days. Marco, the owner and manager was always available and helpful. Located metres from the Olas Altras beach and the Malecon beachside walk, the Ananda Hotel was great for early morning and evening walks. We felt very safe walking around and it’s only an easy 15 minute walk to the Centro and the market and the Ley supermarket. The green busses leave from the market to the golden zone and northern marina. Local buses go to the Gran Plaza Mall and the Galarias Mazatlan. The VW open-air taxis, called Pulmonias, are cheap and great fun if you don’t want to walk. The Aquarium is worth a visit too. Back at the Ananda Hotel, the roof top pool and loungers are a nice way to cool off and relax. The rooms serviced daily by Juani and continental style breakfast with water, fruit juice, yoghurt, milk, coffee and sweet biscuits is replenished daily. There is a high level of police presence everywhere along the Malecon and in the Centro which seems to work to discourage any bad behaviour. The locals are polite and friendly. The rooms have good air conditioning and good wifi. All in all, good value, safe, clean, comfortable and worth visiting.

We wanted to stay in the old town as we like it in that area. Our usual accommodations where not available so we chose this place. Owners were very nice but their were dozens of steep steps to the rooms. The room was clean but sparse .Although we had 6 non refundable nights, we found a new accommodation after on night here.

Trois semaines ecceptionelles, acceuil chaleureux et courtois, chambres moderne et spacieuse et de style zen. L'hotelier est d'une telle généroisitée et toujours prêt à rendre servive et donner des conseils sur les activitées et faciliter les visites de la ville de Mazatlan. Je vous recommande fortement cet hotel aussi pour la proximité d'activitées de toutes sorte et de sa plage tranquille à seulement un coin de rue.
