The family that run this hotel are some of loveliest people you'll ever meet in your life. So welcoming and helpful. The rooms were brand new and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to stay with you, thank you for your kindness, the Indian family of 4 people from England!

New build accommodation highly recommended in Negombo! The room is spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed, with plenty of space to leave backpacks, a desk to work, very good Wi-Fi connection, the large bathroom, with one of the best hot showers in Sri Lanka, and above all very very clean. It is very well located, a few steps from Lewis Place, with several restaurants and shops nearby. And the family that wears it are lovely. Highly recommended

Please be mindful about staying at this guest house especially if you are a female solo traveler. I had a horrific threatening experience at this place. Despite that I paid the amount advertised on the website on credit, they demanded cash, about triple the amount advertised. I refused but had a train to catch. They chased me to the train station and forced to escort me to an ATM machine. The owner yelled that how they renovated the entire property to have 10 guest rooms and there is no booking; I was the only one stayed there the night I stayed and there is no booking that day I’m checking out. I decided to just give the cash to move on with my prescious holiday. Despite my charitable gesture, the owner, a very large man, tried to punch me three times. Local people saw this and stopped the man. This was an unbelievable experience I’ve never had in my life! Other travelers warned me that it is because I am a female solo traveller, easily targeted. Please be mindful about this place. False advertising - property is listed as “free airport shuttle” but they charge an exorbitant amount, a tenfold of what it would have costed me ordering Uber service. Location- it’s a bit far from the beach. Not a pleasant walk to the beach if you choose to walk. Room - no window. It is really a room in a house where you can hear everything in the house due to thin wall. Breakfast- it’s not worth it. A few dry toasts, butter, jam. A banana and a few slices of pineapple.

Отлично! Вилла расположена на тихой улице без интенсивного движения, до океана пешком минут 5 , ближайший пляж чистый и уютный. Рядом магазин со всем необходимым. Дом с хорощим свежим ремонтом, все чисто и красиво. Кухня отличная. Хозяева гостепреимные и очень приятные в общении. Рекомендуем.

Very nice room and people. Breakfast was nice, super close to the beach, and no rush checking out. 10/10✨
