The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Here’s what I said to coral reef condos : Good Morning - I’m sorry to have to do this but I need to request a refund for last night- this was NOT AT ALL as advertised. The photos were lovely and made it look like a really pretty quaint place and the fact that it was next to the ritz Carlton gave us confidence to book it. However upon arrival it was dirty, the kitchen was just grimy and the bed hardly had any coverings and the bathroom was terrible with the tub having stains and other general grunge. It felt so unsafe that Ileft 20 min after checking in and fled to coconut grove to find a much nicer safer and accurately described hotel. I don’t understand how anyone expects to rent this apartment when it looksNOTHING LIKE the photos.also the smoke detector eas disabled and the sheets appeared dirty and there was no safety lock from the inside. I used points for this and Iwould like the points re-deposited into my account immediately. If not Iwill be escalating this and posting reviews everywhere about this awful experience. Do not believe the photos shown. The room was dirty and far more outdated than shown. The couch seemed broken and felt as though you were on the floor, the tv in the living room didn't work, there was mold in the one bathroom and no hot water, and finally the room with the double beds was blocking a door to another unit as if someone was going to push through it. I would not recommend this at all and have tried to get ahold of the office multiple times. Good luck.

Roberto and Bruno in The office were very helpful and courteous. We felt welcomed. We love the area and would stay there again

Staff is incredibly friendly and the property was perfect.
