The staff was nice! The booking was what mostly people wrote in reviews. The only thing I would call out is the type of room your purchase. We purchased the "city view" thinking we would get some type of view, but our original room was one without windows. I guess the actually room with a view is the family room. However, the owner was so hospitable and upgraded us.

Great cozy atmosphere, comfortable cabins, delicious food, 8 min. walk from Petra and Main Bus Station, hot water, toilet paper, people who respect the rules (so you can get good sleep) and the most important - uncommon experience for an attractive price. 10/10 ☺️👍

Really liked staying at the hostel. It's location is great for walking to the Petra Museum and Petra site. My cabin was on the ground, so i didn't have to climb any ladders,; i never had to wait for a shower or toilet to free up. The hostel does buffet dinners for customers ( you pay ahead so they know jumbers) - the food was great, and we had different things each night for the three i was there. They also do paid breakfast but i didn't have that. My.only gripe is the reception is on the top floor of a tall building and no lift, so you climb up a long metal staircase on the outside of the building with your luggage, and then down another flight of internal stairs where the cabin dorms are. Pack light!
