Interior design should be renovated. This hotel looks so obsolete. Anyway, a location is very convenient to city palace and Hawa Mahal. Also, a marketing is great: let clients try cookies inside hotel’s rooms; later on they buy cookies downstairs.

The Hotel is totally run down. It seems that the Orgn. is interested in running the Restaurant only. Professionalism is totally missing. We made mistake by booking it. The photos showed some thing & we found different/lack of facilities.

The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market.
