Dear Team, I am writing to bring to your notice a very serious issue regarding my recent hotel booking made through your platform. I had booked a hotel online through your agency and also made the advance payment. However, when I reached the hotel, the property was not located at the Google Maps location mentioned. After a lot of effort, I finally found the correct address, but when I reached there, the hotel staff informed me that no booking was registered under my name. I showed them the booking ID and the advance payment receipt, yet they said that no room was available and refused to provide any accommodation. Their behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Due to this, I could not stay there and faced a lot of inconvenience and stress. Since the service was not provided at all, I request you to kindly initiate a full refund of my advance amount at the earliest into my bank account. Firstly I didn't find the hotel at the place which is showing in the map and if I m trying to call to the manager the call is not connecting and my money was also deducted and now it's non-refundable and if I m trying to connect with the agent for my refund they didn't pick my call. This is a worst experience I ever have In my life

I have never seen such dirty rooms in any hotel in my life. Very dirty room and service is absolutely 0. The quality of the food is absolutely terrible! This is the dirtiest hotel in Noida!
