Food could be better

PROS: Very helpful staff. CONS: Very cold room even with electric heater. LOCATION: 1 hour plus drive from the ski resort. REVIEW:  Stayed Jan-2025 for 2 nights in Royal super deluxe room with breakfast.  A traditional key (not key-card) is used to enter the room was from the outside world (and not via internal corridor inside the hotel).  The room was a wood laminate floor with carpet around the bed. A kettle provided but no cups, coffee or tea. Bottled drinking water was provided on the first day only. Room had a large window with a terrace to stand.  Room did not appear to have aircon only a wall-mounted fan. Although we had just missed the snow, it was still very cold in the room, but they kindly provided us with an electric heater.  Takeaway breakfast delivered on 1st morning at 07:30am (as we were leaving early for our skiing trip).  Kettle but no cups, coffee or tea. Bottled water on first day only. NEGATIVES:  Shower curtain and bath ceiling very mouldy. The bath-tub was badly stained.  Waterfall shower over bath, no separate hose.  Provided tea for me and driver in the restaurant area at night, however I was charged for it on checkout.  On second morning there was no breakfast in the restaurant at 08:36am and we were then told to place our order which will be delivered to our room. Breakfast arrived at 09:16am. However on checkout at 11:21am we saw people in the restaurant eating breakfast and reception stated that we were incorrectly told to have our breakfast in the room.

I recently stayed at Glacier Resorts and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all basic amenities. The staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a good variety of dishes. Room service was prompt and efficient. However, Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved, and parking space was a bit limited. Apart from that, everything was great. Overall, I would rate Glacier Resorts ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) for its comfort, service, and scenic location. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

My stay was very comfortable,they have allowed us early check in without any extra money. Very nice experience
