Staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent manners and helped us in every need we had. When we were ready to come in there was always a door man who greeted us back as a friend, ready to open door, with a smile. Chef was welcoming.food was wonderful. On arrival we felt comfortable and valued. Only negative was no hot water. But I rate hotel care 95%. My friend and I Loved our stay.

Kitchen n room service staffs are excellent. Reception having rude and nonprofessional staff does not know how to treat n behave with guests.Non cooperative and advisable to from those guys

I am a regular guest of this hotel since a long time with my family.I shall definitely advise others as the behaviour of the reception desk & all the other staff are very cordial.

We were supposed to stay for 15 days and pre-the the entire amount. The moment we arrived from a long international flight, we realized what a horrible place this is. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. The hotel misrepresented the condition on their website. We wouldn't stay in this hotel even if we were paid. We forfeited the entire payment because we didn't cancel 24 hours before check-in. How can one judge the condition of the hotel without being physically present? We were mislead by the description on their website and on third party sites like Hotel.com.

Very bad experience ever. The rooms are not cleaned. People are not good. The most unpleasant things happened when the people from the Bar are occupying all the hotel premises and behaving very bad to others. Not safe for the family at all. Please don't consider it if you really care about your family and friend. I had to leave at midnight (I checked in around 10 pm and had to check out at 12:30 Am). Poor
