Just asked for a simple upgrade and their manager was very rude to talk. He could have simply denied. There is nothing as such like resort it is just a hotel with very bad rooms and staff.

I have visit Shimla a lot of times, but never explored this side of Shimla, i was amazed to see the location and scenic beauty of this property Shimla Havens. This place is surrounded by mesmerising scenic view, beautiful gardens and deep jungle track as well for a bit adventrous hunger. If you just want to stay in your room peacefuly this place has a perfect view for every single room. Staff is very helpful, even the General Manager himself (Bhanu Pratap Singh Rana) is such a gentleman treats you nicely and his hospitality will make you visit this place again for sure. A must recommended place in Shimla.
