1. The rooms are not well lit giving a depressing feeling. 2. There is no lift even though the building has rooms on the 4th floor. 3. The restaurant is too small and congested. 4. The entrance to the hotel is very steep and narrow and is oriented on the wrong side of the road for guests coming to Gangtok. 5. The rooms were not cleaned when we checked in. The floors and furniture had dust on them. Cable TV (Tata Sky) did not work even after rains. The towels provided were cold and almost damp. 6. The furnishings (bed, table, chairs, etc.) are unimpressive. 7. The food was good.

I am not such reviewer who say negative things about any place where I stay. This is first time I am giving such review to any place. This hotel is waste of money. If you want only 4 walls and one roof to stay then this is place where you have to stay. Otherwise for every basic eminities you have to pay, no power backup, no dryer, no powerbackup in washroom, no shampoo, no handwash, no roomhearter nothing they provide and if you ask for then surely its chargeable. Pics shown on website are completely propaganda pics rooms are completely oppostie to the pics shown. Complementery breakfast is just like you owe them that is why they are providing you breakfast. Only nice thing about that young boy and girl i.e Rahul and Doma who were pleasent and try to help in very way. If you are coming after roaming some hilly area and dont want to use staircase then you dont have any option you must becuase to go to 4th floor you have to take stairs only. With young kids its completely disaster. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO HONEYMOON COPULES, if you choose this one then this is going to be lifetime nightmare for you guys.
