They don’t provide breakfast , but on the hotel. Com shows that breakfast included.
Dirty and noisy, no cleaning or fresh towels and sheets. The window was cracked, and the room filled with dust from the street.
Since 2010, I have booked over 1000 nights accommodation through hotels.com, all around the World. Out of those 1000 stays, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We had a late flight arriving in Delhi, and needed to be on a 0630 train from Old Delhi station. While the reviews didn't look good, due to a late finish and early start, we agreed to stay close by to the station, and the walk from Old Delhi station turned out to be just 3 minutes.
The room was the dirtiest I had stayed in. The sheets hadn't been changed for ages, there was what looked like blood stains on the pillow, and a large stain on the sheets. Fortunately I was prepared and had carried with me a pillow case and a sleeping bag liner. The bathroom was disgusting, rubbish being thrown behind the mirror and not cleaned out. The shower let out three strands of water, so was impossible to have a shower. You need to bring some toilet roll as well. Noise insulation is non existent, good luck if your neighbour has TV on, so ear plugs needed. I took photos of the room to show how dirty the room was, and in the morning my colleague confirmed he had done the same.
The one positive is that I did ask for a room away from the main road, and they did allocate me a room at the rear of the hotel.
the location is perfect for shopping in traditional markets ... with the price offered, in general, pretty good ...
no toiletry, no towel, no toilet paper. I called room staff, but in the end he didn't bring those to my room. I was glad I had my own towel, soap, and shampoo.
