The photos of the room shown in the picture were quite different we were given room *** it is very small room without any chairs in it It's an real fraud Breakfast was not at all provided he say the kitchen is closed long back I had to pay ***/- for just 1 hr early check in I would not all recommend this hotel it's really pathetic & very rude staff

They have cheated me, the rooms are not at all clean. What they posted in the website images not at all matched and also they bargained for extra money .

The condition of the room was very bad due to which I had to pay ₹500 extra to take a separate room and the AC was also not working properly and there was water all over the room.

This Hotel Does Not Even Exist！I went to the location indicated on hotel.com, it is a very dirty mass street and there is no hotel called "Landmark". Hotel.com should bend this hotel and refund my money!

We booked room for one night. Once we got there and been shown literally first open room, it was not what they advertise. Room was dirty the bed covers were not changed, bathroom not cleaned at all but on the plus side it was the only hotel that had hot water. We asked to be moved to a room that resembled the photos as advertised online but unfortunately they didnt have any 'deluxe' rooms avaliable. Overall wouldn't stay there again as was unbelievably dirty and felt bit unsafe.
