Probably the best hotel in its category in this part of Delhi. Breakfast and dinner was included and food was of was good quality and options changed daily. Security guard present which made you feel secure. Location was good too. A few minutes walk to the metro. Close to a main road so hiring scooters etc was easy and easily accessable by taxi for Uber. Also near a mall and with cafes restaurants if you didn't wish to venture far for Neal.

Excellent Stay with Great Comfort The property offers outstanding cleanliness and attentive staff, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Its location is ideal for easy walking access to nearby areas, and the facilities are well-maintained and convenient. Sleep quality and amenities were top-notch, providing great value for money throughout the visit.

Booked 3 rooms for 6 person for 6 nights. AC not working, Hot Water - Not coming, Main door lock not working, Bathroom door lock not working, towel for only 1 person, no bathroom mat, no toiletries provided. TV not working. Food quality not good. Didn't expected from "The Fern" group.

Rooms are good but the entrance (reception area) is pathetic. It is by no means a 10-star rating property — perhaps an 8 for the room and 4 for the reception.
