Shower taps leaking, water was not hot enough, need to improve

Solid hotel with good food and good service.

room powere went off many times breakfast was delayed daily

Excellent Hotel with Excellent Service. Booked hotel for 1 night on business trip. Room was specious, neat and clean. Good job. Keep it up.

Very bad condition, First of all I can say it is not 3*** hotel. It is not even eligible for any star rating, I have checked in at 3 am and when I entered it was stinking, I complain and they sent some one with unknown liquid which he sprayed on every possible piece of cloth, when I entered for shower it was disgusting. in very tired condition, I have wasted my money. When I complained then they have changed my room to the highest level in their hotel but with surprise it was in the same condition as well. if they want customer to pay nearly £50.00/night then they have to renovate this hotel from top to bottom. Very unsatisfied with this hotel, Not going to stay ever.
