Photos of this “hotel “ are fake. This place is hard to find and is in back of some type of industrial building. No one speaks English. We were forced to pay in cash even though we prepaid through hotels.com and showed our receipt. The manager didn’t seem to know how Hotels.com works and said my card didn’t work. The room was not clean. Mold in shower, sheet was see through. Door to bathroom was see through. There were boxes stacked outside the window. Chair was broken and dirty. We did not feel safe. We heard some kind of music and partying and yelling at night. We could not wait to leave.
I genuinely thought I would be murdered while staying there. Every single picture they show is a stock photo from the internet. The stay was terrifying and not what I would've hoped for.
I arrived late and left early, so I was unable to see if any of the amenities were actually there, which I doubt since the main room displayed in Orbitz was not there. The room was fine, although it needed cosmetic fixing. And the person showing me my room spoke little English, so that did not help.
We liked the good, kind customer service. There was very good, free parking. We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby.
