Very nice apartment. Excellent information book in the apartment. Quiet area. Grocery store nearby. 5mns walking from subway. If you come with heavy luggage take exit A6 instead of A5. There is an elevator. On the street level turn left and cross the street , pass 7-eleven and go straight ahead as indicated in information you get via email. Very secure, code on the entrance, code on the apartment and doors close securely as soon as you go in. Will take the same if I have another trip to Osaka. Thank you

전반적으로 만족스러우나 4명이 3박을 하는 동안 타울(수건)을 큰것 4장, 작은 것 4장을 제공해 줬습니다. 한 사람당 큰 것 1장, 작은 것 1장으로 3일을 버티는 데 어려움이 있었습니다. 날씨가 흐려 수건이 잘 마르지도 않았습니다. 청소를 직접 해야 하는 건지 잘 모르겠는데... 방청소를 전혀 해주지 않아 직접했습니다. TV 보는 방법에 대한 안내서가 있었지만 방송 수신이 되지 않았습니다. 3일동안 전혀 TV를 보지 못했습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 첫날 청소하시는 분을 살짝 본 후로 체크 아웃하는 날까지 아파트를 관리하시는 분을 전혀 볼 수도, 연락도 할 수 없었습니다.

No reply when you check on refund related matters 2 days before check in. It is a tiny apartment that closed to subway and Kintetsu train station, approximately 400m, 6 min walk. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores and pharmacy (prescribed medication only) nearby. Wifi connection is not stable. Pillow and bed are too soft for me Overall is ok, would be perfect if a proper dining table n chairs and dryer are provided.

Room was lovely. It was easy to find and self check-in was simple. The only problem was inconsistent wifi which I had no way to address as there was no staff that I could contact without the use of wifi... Also be aware of extra fees that increase the cost- they were surprising to me but not a deal breaker.
