This was an excellent hotel!...I will give it 10stars if it were possible and without a doubt, my family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay! We spent one week in the beautiful city of Dubai and only just checked out on 28th December 2025. Room was very spacious and spotless. Housekeeping team - 10stars!: Always ready to tidyn up your room at anytime of the day. All the satff had smiles on theor faces too and were happy to say hello as you passed by. Restaurant- 10stars. We paid for breakfast and dinner for 1 week. It was variety gallore. Lots to eat and drink. Service from every member of staff here were always smiling and seemed very happy with their work regardless of the time of the day. They were all very courteous and cleared up used plates very quickly too. I rarely have desserts after meals, but here, I had it everyday! Hotel Facilities Rooftop pool had a beautiful view. The Burj Al-Arab was visible from here. Pool was clean, not crowded and my 2 kids (8yrs and 3yrs old) swam and had all the fun they could get. X2Tents and Towels provided for the beach: We were given these free of charge by the hotel. We also had free bus rides to and fro the beach! Free Transport The hotel provided us with free bus rides to and fro the Mall of the Emirates and the beach. Fantastic experience. The bus times were given to us at check in, so it was easy to plan our day around the bus schedule. This saved us money on Taxis. Hospitality All the staff were friendly! Thank you!

The room was very good, the reception staff were very cold - we were travelling with young children and they couldn’t care less. The location is ok but need to travel to main tourist spots. Lots of transport costs. Swimming pool over crowded and didn’t get a seat even when arriving mid morning

Excellent séjour. Personnel attentionné, courtois, decoration, confort . Rien a dire. Petit bémol, le lit chambre double nous a paru un peu étroit.

Upgraded to a grand suite. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent hospitality!
