Such a wonderfull resort with many enjoyable activites, howerver the fees and charges are a deterrent for many. Some inhotel facilities were a bit run down Shower and basin design males for a very wet bathroom/toilet area. I was suprised to see many of the featured facilities not being used from lack of customers except fpr the wave pool which was popular. I think if the resprt was managed similar to resprts in Australia then more customers would be flocking in. This place has huge potential best suited for a hill top retreat rather than adventure activities given its curent operation.

We stay 4 days at deluxe room.First day no hot water.And the receptionist told us that they working on it.Until we check out still the hot water not working.And one more thing the our voucher when I bought it says transport to airport will be free for check out guest ,When we check out the receptionist told us we need to pay 500 pesos as we never inform them that we going to request a transport to airport.Is a common sense that your guest will be checking out that time you should have a common sense to send them and dont the excuses is because is a bussy day then cannot request a transport to airport,We can get if we wil pay 500 pesos.What is ths?What is the point you put below the voucher that transport will be included then you can't give it also.Will not come ths place anymore.

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! VERY NICE PLACE! RELAXING, GREAT VIEWS, KIDS LOVE THE DINO STATUE, AND SOME OF THE CARTOON CHARACTERS STATUE. THE FOREST VIEWS, RIDES AND A LOT MORE. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY ACCOMODATING PERSONNEL AND CLEAN AND COMFY.
