Clean rooms,helpful staff,ambience of the hotel is beautiful

It’s a mixed bag . Huge hotel . Lots of service staff, continuously moving around but you can feel that something is off about the overall attention to details that you would expect of a 5 star hotel . We stayed here with family for about 5 days . There was some initial mix up on the rooms assigned to us versus what we requested ( accessible, adjacent rooms ). Lack of attention to details for family with accessible needs . The issue was fixed on our 2nd day of stay . We celebrated the new years here since didn’t want to go out with young kids , but they didn’t have many kid friendly new year options and we ended up with a gazal night with kids ( lack of attention to planning for family with kids ) To wrap it up with had an issue where we were woken up startled when one of the service staff was inside our rooms beside our bed late night when we were sleeping apparently to service the room . The managers later apologized and assured us that such issue would not happen again. All in all , it is a decent hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again given a choice. This was our first time at Leela so we didn’t know any better.

Room was very clean and quiet and staff were excellent

Premium property at the perfect location. Really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Let me thank all the staff, especially Ratan of house keeping and Yash at breakfast dining for the great customer service. Much appreciated!
