Bathrooms are tiny. First room the bathroom stunk like urine, the water didn't drain from shower so it pooled the whole bathroom floor including around the toilet. The exhaust fan didn't work so the bathroom became wet . There's no power point in the bathroom and in fact only 1 available In the room . After complaining we were put in another room which was a bit nicer but still small bathroom . Tv had many channels but was small, wifi was good and the air conditioning was good but loud . Shower had hot water but the sink didn't and the lighting in both bathrooms was dim .
The roof top wasn't particularly a nice place to be although the view of the volcano was good.
very friendly and helpful.....the owner went out of his way each day to make my wife and I happy with our stay....great view from the roof of Mayan volcano.....😊
Great place! The owner went out of his way to greet me and continued talking with me during our stay and made me feel like a VIP. The view of the volcano from the rooftop was incredible. The rooftop was a great place to hang out and relax. The breakfast was great and their Sizzling Pork Sisig was the best I had while visiting the Philippines.
Check in was a little confused but cleared up, easy..
Roof top view of volcano is wonderful. (See picture)
Staff is very friendly and supportive of any of your needs....
ONLY draw back I found is stairs....LOL..
we have enjoyed yet another visit to FJ Manila
we asked if we could upgrade our room to a bigger room due to 5 night stay and wanted to know costs associated
we were delighted with the response saying yes we could and no charge for the upgrade
now that is true hospitality hey!
its really great to have that kind of response even though we were aware we booked a room a bit smaller than we needed for 5 night stay.
a great hotel and wonderful views of Mt Mayon from the rooftop where breakfast is served and the helpers who have worked here for a long time serve so perfectly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them
give this hotel a try. easy access to jeeps and transport around Daraga and Legazpi City
