We had a fantastic stay at Truntum Kuta and would happily return. The location is prime — the beach is right beside the hotel, two art markets are just minutes away, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to both Discovery Mall and Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Everything you need is close by. A special mention goes to the Duty Manager, Mr Cok Oka Derana. He is a genuinely kind, happy man with a great sense of humour and truly made our stay memorable. Staff like him make all the difference. The food was excellent, with great choices available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was cleaned daily by Edi, a lovely young man who always went above and beyond — nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always happy to help. The hotel also offers a full-service spa on site, which was fantastic, and three outdoor swimming pools, giving plenty of space to relax. The new lobby is beautiful, very welcoming, and sets the tone for the whole stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

The breakfast was always good, the pool did need more lounges for guest and maybe having staff go to the people on the lounges to order drinks rather than going up to the bar. Pillows in room could have been better softer and bed was a little hard maybe a softer topper on the bed

cons: - only 1 restaurant for lunch and not many choices on the menu, good thing is many restaurants nearby - MASSAGE >_< we booked our 90 mins massage for two ppl (20:00-21:30), we arr at the spa at 07:50, got into our room at 20:00, one of the girls arr at 20:05 and massage finished at 21:20. THAT'S CHEATING pros: - good location - most staff are friendly except one of the waiters wouldn't let us sit in the restaurant for live music when we had our drinks in the bar - we stayed at 1411 for the first 3 nights and moved to 1408 due to the toilet has no flushing water but the arrangement was smooth by the front desk
