Everything good and very clean

Pretty simple entry, given 2 codes 48hours before check-in. Apartment was spacious, however it seemed there was no cleaning done prior to our arrival. Stool stains in toilet, clumps of hair in shower, opened packets of snacks in cupboards, stains on the bed sheets, and lipstick on glasses. Beds were comfy.

The location was fantastic, communication timely, and the place very beautiful. There was a nice binder that had useful information in it that helped as well. We had a slight issue with the internet which was resolved quickly by email. The only minor suggestion would be to include a couple more towels.

The apartment was very nice. It’s in a beautiful building, except it was not clean. There was garbage in the garbage cans. The sheets on both beds looked like they had been slept in. The floors were dirty. One of the toilets did not flush consistently. The key was in the door rather than the lockbox. We tried to contact the manager but received no return call. The Vrbo site said there was a front desk which is not accurate. It also said there was discounted parking available, which was not accurate.

Excellent stay and accommodation. Really clean and well priced for the location in the centre of Belfast. Only one improvement and that would be a lift if you had heavy bags.
