Ive been feel scam by this add.. this hotel in Bandung, (located near Kartika Sari) this hotel had SO MANY BAD review, why Agoda still sell this hotel?? It said in your add facilitate with AC and tv, when I got there, NO AC, NO TV, Smelly room, never been cleaned, the man said it's been negligence by owner since 4 years ago. I cancel my booking BUT AGODA KEEP MY MONEY. With SO Many REASONS. BE CAREFUL USING AGODA.!!!!! GET READY LOOSING MONEY AND FEEL DISAPPOINTED.. RATING: MINUS 5 STARS

I will not recommend this hotel due to the room has long time didn't service and maintain properly especially cupboard and basin. Lucky the floor and bed is clean, further have hot shower. The location is very strategic, but to enter the hotel you must enter a very small lane which only one car can pass through. The staff are friendly and polite.

untuk Ac kamar dingin , Hotel Tua banget , Bahkan lampu depan hotel aja terlihat seperti gedung tak berpenghuni , kamar bau asap rokok , kamar mandi luas tp banyak kerak kuning , meja atau kursi duduk kotor banget , di meja banyak sudutan rokok , agak berdebu , nginep karena posisi long weekend full mau ga mau tidur disana padahal posisi strategis , Owner nya harus renovasi ruangan

지하철역에서 8분정도의 거리여서 가까운게 장점이지만 화장실에 개미가 많고 객실안에 먼지가 많은것같아 기침을 자주하였다.
체크인 12시 이지만 9시에 가도 해주어서 좋았다^^

Quiet dissapointed since the air condition its not working properly, actually it's hot and when we ask yo change to other family room the front desk said that all room is full, and gove another solution that not make sense at all, I dinally decided to cancel for 1 night and will come back tomorrow when there is available family room, after that the front desk make a phone call and finally they give us the deluxe room which is smaller than family room we booked..
