Stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend this 6 storeys local hotel. About 10 mins walk from train station, 5 mins walk to Hefang Street and 20 mins walk to West Lake. Clean room and has non capeted floor and toilet bowl comes with bidet. They provide free use of laundry machine and dryer including detergent. Coffee and tea machine, microwave and flower sachets tea at lobby. Very friendly and efficient staff .

The hotel interior gives a creepy feeling. The room layout is weird. The location is good.

The hotel is located conveniently within walking distance of West Lake, 南宋御街，and the subway station. The room is spacious and the amenities are great. Complimentary coffee, hot water, and tea is a great add. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 8 nights. While they do not provide breakfast, there are many stalls that open as early as 5am near the hotel. All within 10minutes walk! Staffs were all friendly, basic English is still ok. Right next to hefang street and has a bus stop right in front. Transportation is really convenient.

The hotel is within walking distance to the famous He Fang Jie and not far from the Lake. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if we're ever in Hangzhou again.
