Good location and room very clean

I arrived at 4:00pm on the day of check-in, despite the stated check-in time being 2:30pm, only to be told that my room was still not ready. I was asked to wait a further 30 minutes while previous guests checked out and the room was cleaned. This was particularly frustrating as I could see other guests being checked in immediately without any delay. When I raised this with staff, they were unhelpful and did little to address my concerns, which only added to the disappointment. Unfortunately, the situation worsened upon entering the room. It was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard — the sink still had visible marks from previous occupants, and even the toilet roll had not been replaced. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the level of service and cleanliness. This experience fell well below expectations and left a very negative impression.

Affordable place that was near to Beijing Road and the metro station. It also had decent breakfast and good facilities, such as a laundromat. The staff seemed overworked and tired however, as they appeared short-handed somehow. The biggest problem was the extremely slow internet at night, although it was fine in the morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall the experience was acceptable, but there were a couple of issues that affected my comfort. Firstly, the toilet had a strong unpleasant smell, especially noticeable during midnight and early morning hours, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Secondly, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There was not enough seating area to accommodate guests, making it difficult to find a place to sit during peak hours. In addition, cutlery was insufficient, causing inconvenience while dining. I hope the management can look into these matters, as improvements in maintenance and dining arrangements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
