The stay was good and pleasant . Staffs were very helpful and receptionist lady was very good.

Location is nice, easy to find. Staffs are very nice and they offer room cleaning every day with new towels, and bottles of water. Room is just exactly like the pictures. The only bad thing is some mosquitoes in the room. I will recommend this hotel:)

Their both the things in the room are not working one is their key second tv and lights are in few rooms are not worthy for reading a book or newspaper so it’s ok but even then I stayed their staff are desi they don’t know hospitality and everyone changing

मैने 2500 शॉर्ट फिल्म्स बनाई है और इसके लिए भारत के कई शहरों के कई होटल में रुका हूं, पर ऐसा घटिया होटल मैने कभी नहीं देखा। 36 कमरों के होटल में केवल 2 स्टाफ। 12/12 घंटे के अंतराल पर ड्यूटी बदलती थी, और दोनों ही परेशान। कुछ भी लाने में 2/2 घंटे लग जाते थे। ऊपर से मैनेजर प्रशांत का व्यवहार बहुत ही गरम और घटिया। मैं पहले अपने मेहमान कुल 4 लोगों के साथ 21 से 25 मार्च तक था। फिर 24 मार्च को रिबुकिंग कर 30 तक रुका। हम 2 एक्जीक्यूटिव रूम में थे। Rebooking के दौरान एक्जीक्यूटिव रूम के 2 ऑप्शन थे, ₹4100 और ₹ 4300 का। मैनेजर से पूछा तो उसने कहा कि 4100 वाला ही बुक्ड कर ले। आप को वही दोनों रूम मिल जाएंगे। हमलोग 4 थे। दूसरे दिन प्रशांत का फोन आया कि आपकी बुकिंग मिली है 1 room 1 guest, आपको हर रूम में 1 गेस्ट booked हुआ है। अब आपको ₹1000 के हिसाब से देना होगा। काफी कहने बाद 600 के हिसाब से चार्ज कर लिया। यानि धोखा। बाथरूम में क्रोकरोच जो ब्रश पर घूमते थे। बाथरूम में कमोड से बहता पानी। नाश्ता के नाम पर भी धोखा। केवल 2/3 आइटम , गैस नहीं होने का बहाना। टोटल 10 में से 0, कभी मत रुकना।

The manager kept on questioning when we had a guest visit, stating that 2 mens are not allowed in a room, despite of we telling him that he one is the husband and another iis the brother ... Very annoying and irritating staff. No knowledge of electronics in the room

Let's start with the good. Great proximity to the station. Staff was friendly and polite. Water bottles and an iron was provided upon asking. The price for a couple of nights was cheaper than other hotels in this area. The sixth floor room had less noise of the traffic below.
Now for the bad. No hot water, but the staff offered to bring us hot water in buckets(??) The free breakfast was minimal with only tea, idlis and very spicy rajma. The air conditioner in the room couldn't be controlled. There was no fan, but there were mosquitos. There is a kettle, but the tea and coffee sachets were not provided until we asked for it. No bar soap.
Conclusion: I would recommend this hotel for quick transfers and budget only. Not for long stays with family or if you are looking for a bit of luxury.
