Krásný apartmán velice blízko židovské čtvrti. Spousty menších obchodů a restaurací v okolí. Centrum pár minut pěšky. Self check-in v pozdních hodinách, ale pro případné informace je možné zavolat na číslo na recepci. Parkování v na ulici je o víkendu zdarma. Rozhodně můžu doporučit.

Practical information regarding arrivals, keys and services was on the low side. Cleaning and room standard was very good, but TV did not work at all. Good WiFi

Excellent accommodation! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Location of apartment convenient for Old Town and also for Kazimierz. Recommended!

Apartamento muy nuevo, bien situado aunque muy cerca del tren que se escucha un poco. Personal muy amable. Como punto a mejorar, podían cambiar las toallas al menos en días alternos.

The building is shared by two different aparthotels, so a bit confusing as the door says Hello apartments, there are two desks together, one for each and ours was empty the whole of our stay apart from when we left at 6am and there was an elderly gentleman who we gave our key to. When we were trying to check in (check in is after 4pm) there was another lady waiting but noone came. I tried calling the advertised number but my phone wouldn't ring it. Luckily the lady on the hello apartments reception knew the mini safe code and our key was inside. We were on the 6th top floor apartment 075 it was a great sized apartment perfect for 2 adults and a 5 year old. It had a hob, kettle, fridge, could of perhaps benefited from a microwave. Great shower, tv we didn't use and was in a quiet area.Downstairs past reception and the stairs is a small garden with a little slide and a few toddler toys and some tables and chairs, it also doubled as the smoking area so not ideal but no one else was there the couple of times my son played here. The Miodowa metro stop is just on the parallel street and a couple of mins walk away. If you take a left out if the apartments and walk to the end of the road, under the tunnel on the right and head right you'll reach the shopping centre, theres a great carrefour supermarket & a fab park and fountains for the children to play in, take your towel!
