Where to start? The pool was closed all day for a wedding- could not access The reception desk was super slow and always a line Room was cleaned quickly and not restocked. Room is 4 star at best The restaurant was way over priced and the service terrible. You had to practically beg someone to take your order More of a conference centre with so many private events Bar was closed for private event Outdoor eating from the restaurant also closed for private event Water in shower warm sometimes Management not at all helpful. There are too many excellent hotels in Delhi. This is not one. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

El hotel en general es bueno, muy limpio y cómodo. Únicamente tengo un comentario, yo pagué servicio de “late check-out”, aprox 12,000 INR, sin embargo creo que la comunicación entre los empleados del hotel debería mejorar ya que en todo momento fui molestado, recibí una llamada “recordándome” que mi check-out era ese día y que tenía que dejar la habitación, una persona fue a tocar a mi puerta para “recordarme” la hora del check-out, después de regresar de la piscina mi tarjeta fue desactivada y no pude entrar a mi habitación, aún cuando el pago por dejar la habitación más tarde ya había sido efectuado personal del hotel seguía molestando en que tenía que dejar el cuarto. Estos detalles son realmente un dolor de cabeza, porque llega un momento en que los empleados del hotel te hacen sentir muy incómodo ya que ellos piensan que no quieres dejar la habitación, cuando en realidad ya pagaste por el servicio. ¡Mejoren su comunicación por favor!
