Fabulous area right near MRT ! Very clean and friendly staff, room very small and no fridge but you aren’t in your room much too busy exploring.

Clean, great staff, perfectly functional. Small rooms if you have much luggage (two suitcases plus a daypack is a squeeze). Two people would have to be VERY understanding of each other's needs! Great for a single person though. Awesome location in Chinatown, right next to Chinatown MRT station, which has multiple lines. Lots of buses as well, but that's all over Singapore. No real downsides unless you're a diva.

Table in Hotel81 is so tiny only can put your wallet and HP! Most of my things have to put on the floor. Regret i didn't heed the reviews from other guest. Come on, dont be stingy, i have stayed in other small room in other hotel, at least they have a decent table and a small wardrobe to place your dirty clothes!. Not worth paying for.
