Bad service, the personal in the reception is not help ful at all. We needed help regarding our booking and they asked us insted to go and buy a sim card to call the reservation desk at the hotel. This is EXTREM bad customer service. We paif over 300 USD and did not lift a finger to help us. Regarding the hotel: the pictures are not representabel to how it looks like in reality. It shows pic of a beach bar wich dont exsist. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. SCAM!

Our experience staying at Paradise Garden has been awful. From the moment we arrived. We were waiting in a very long line to check in. Despite the check in time being at 2pm, we were finally in our room by 2:40pm. Our room was not to our expectations based on when we were booking, pictures were not as advertised. We had no sea view as advertised. The amenities were lacking for the price we paid for the room. The towel that were given to us were both heavily stained. One of them appeared to have blood stains which we immediately brought to house keepers attention. Our first night the A/C turned off on us and we woke up sweating, then the Wi-Fi stopped working as well. Our hot water both in the sink and shower were out of function. We called several times to get this addressed and their engineering team could not resolve the hot water as the circuit breaker kept shutting off and which interrupted the tankless water heater. I was resorted to taking cold showers while I had a sinus. I am beyond disappointed in our stay.

客室は清掃は行き届いていますが 浴室床が傾いていて水たまりができていました。 毛布と毛布カバーが上下逆になっているのが気になりました。 スタッフは概ね親切ですが レストランの一部のスタッフは愛想がなかったです。 朝食はハラルが中心のようです。 ホワイト ビーチ沿いなので買い物や 外部のレストランには不自由しません。 価格相応のホテルです。

The front desk staff member, Lien, was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. While our rooms were cleaned, housekeeping only serviced them once during our four-day, three-night stay, and we also had to make do with a single towel throughout our visit. On our first day at the breakfast buffet, we were unfortunately mixed with a "kagawad" group, where the food quality was noticeably subpar. Three staff members who allowed us entry even inquired about our room number but failed to clarify that we were in different groups until we had finished. I also returned to the buffet to accompany my teenage daughter who had woken up late, which was quite frustrating. I felt that the experience did not reflect the value of what we had paid for. The second and third breakfasts, however, were satisfactory.
