I'd booked a bed in a 4-person dorm but on arrival was told that 4-person dorms are only for group bookings and they had none available, but assured me that 6-person dorm would be likely filled up to 4 people, which turned out to be true. The kitchen facility is very basic and there is no common area to eat but there are tables in the dorms. They have a conventional washing machine on-site and do laundry. There are lockers that fit a 41L backpack outside of the rooms but bring your own padlock. There was no key to the dorm but the door to the hostel is locked and they'll unlock it as there's a person living on premises manning the reception.

The hostel was very dirty. There were a lot of mosquitoes. There was no toilet paper or paper towels. The staff was not polite, they acted as if they were bored with their job, as if the customers were making their lives difficult. Also, after we checked out, we asked for the luggage to stay there for a few hours, and they wanted extra money. I have stayed in many hotels and hostels around the world, I have never seen such a ridiculous practice.
