Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta Ok. Aamiaisella alettiin kuitenkin raivailemaan ruokia jo 1/2-1 tunti ennen aamiaiajan loppua, joka ei sovi mielestäni hyvään käytäntöön. Yhtenä aamuna tulimme klo 10 aamiaiselle, jolloin kiirehdittiin ottamaan väliffömästi kaikki tarvittava, sillä heillä oli jo menossa ruokien raivailu; esim voita ei ollut enää saatavilla, kun oli viety pois. (aamiaisaika oli kuitenkin ilmoitettu 10:30 saakka)

Definitely staff specifically Angel and Raj. They have excellent customer service.

The hotel itself was great and I loved that separated shower and toilet. However, Singapore itself I would not recommend to anyone. This was a simple 2 night stop over a long trip and there is absolutely nothing to do here

Way way way overpriced for what you get. It was nice, clean and comfortable but so would have been 100 other hotels in the area for half or less than half the price. Location was good. 7 minute walk to Chinapoint mall and 10 minute walk to MRT. We asked staff for suggestions on shipping a box to Canada. We told them we wanted the cheapest way and not DHL or Fedex. We even said by freight was ok and were not in a rush. It took them over 3 days and a number of times us asking for an update to get us information. In the end they said DHL and then tried charging us almost $300 Singapore dollars for "assisting" us. The total was going to be almost $900!!! The rooms are super small, and only glass partitions separating bedroom area and bathroom. No sitting areas besides the bed and a super small corner desk with a chair. No balconies. No onsite affordable food options besides costly restaurant. They have a starbucks on site on 3rd floor (starbucks machine) that you make your own and they charge you $5-6 for a small coffee. Way over priced. $200 per night is maximum I would pay for this hotel. And, yes we understand that this is Singapore where things are more. But there are other places way cheaper around, especially if you book in advance.
