Amazing experience from checking in through to Check Out. 1st class hotel, Spotless room, and faultless staff . Nothing is too much trouble. Can’t recommend this hotel enough

Rooms clean and modern. Hotel pool amazing views and nice bar. Only thing to note is they hold a lot of parties there and there is loud bass music you can hear until around midnight most nights.

Everything you need is in the area. We had a suite with breakfast and executive lounge access. We had an early morning arrival, and we got in the room extremely early due availability. Hotel food is excellent if you do room service or eat in the bar or restaurant. Once route discovered, access to two malls is excellent. Access to MRT is around the corner. Great property all around.

The staff was nice and the rooms are well appointed. I don't appreciate the location very much. I like to walk and take the metro, and it is not convenient for either. If you want to go to china town or proper Hawker, you are walking and it isn't a pretty scene. If you want to head the Marina Bay Sands or the waterfront park then the walk isnt great either. My biggest concern is the design of the hotel where all the rooms face the center. It is loud in the morning due to the birds that live in the interior (cool unless you want to sleep) and in the evenings they have parties until after 10 making all sorts of noise.
