Location is good only if you are staying in the zhiben area, otherwise it's not in taitung city, so dining options are limited. The hotel hot spring was under maintenance when I was there, so I wasn't able to enjoy this. Instead, they provided access to another hot spring resort at a discounted rate. I actually enjoyed staying at this hotel as it had an accessible room, and the breakfast food had a good variety. I also paid for the set dinner and I think it was good value. I had to say that there appeared to be some teething problems as I stayed in an accessible room which probably wasn't used much. I had to call the staff 2 x the whole time I was there to solve the problems (faulty bathroom door, shower gel which couldn't come out, telephone which wasn't working). I enjoyed my 2 nights stay there as the room and surroundings were comfortable.
